Because Intersolar China is strictly a business-to-business solar event, we do not offer a specific day or time for the general public to attend. However, we do not at all discourage interested parties outside of the solar industry from coming to the show to see all of the new and exciting technology on display. All visitors must register to access Intersolar China but do not need any specific legitimation to get access.

In order to support and attend Intersolar China, you need to complete and sign the application form in full. Based on the information you provide, the organizers will decide whether it is possible to admit your company as an exhibitor.
Application Form
Registration relates solely to the booth area (partition walls are not included) at Intersolar China. Additional services such as booth construction, electricity, exhibitor passes, advertising materials etc. can be ordered via the Exhibitor Service Manual and the Exhibitor Cockpit as desired. The contact person named in the application will be informed by e-mail as soon as the service Exhibitor Service Manual and Cockpit become available.
Yes. Intersolar China has implemented an automated booth reservation tool in 2012 for exhibitors to select their desired location, within an exhibitor's appropriate technology segment.
Exhibitors can apply to reserve space with the Booth Selector tool. Intersolar China will hold the reservation for 48 hours. Your signed application must be received within the given 48 hours to receive the requested space. Space is subject to final approval by the booth assignment team. Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once the application for booth space has been received, exhibitors will be sent a receipt of confirmation. The invoice for full payment of booth space will be sent out within four weeks. Please direct additional booth assignment questions to:

Receipt of application is confirmed via email within 48 hours or less. The confirmation is not yet an admission to participation. The admission will be sent one week after receipt of the application and does NOT include a booth placement or invoice.
You will receive notification of your booth placement six weeks after registration. You will receive your booth plan by e-mail.
The invoice for your booth area will be sent to you by mail three weeks after placement allocation.
Booth space fees must be paid in full directly after receiving the invoice. Invoices for Intersolar China will be distributed by Freiburg Management and Marketing International GmbH who is also contractual partner of the exhibitor concerning the exhibition space.

Yes. For both cases, you will receive an invoice with cancellation fees. If, following a binding registration or completed contract conclusion, the event organizers allow an exhibitor, by way of exception, to withdraw the registration or to cancel the contract; the exhibitor must pay the Event Organizer a lump-sum as compensation (lump-sum damages).
The amount of the lump-sum damages depends on when the organizer receives
the notice from the exhibitor that he wishes to withdraw his binding registration or from the completed contract conclusion.

Yes. Intersolar writes invitation letters explain the reason for the visit. You can register yourself and your employees for a letter of invitation, which will then be sent to you as a pdf file. Online registration is the only way to obtain the invitation letter available from September 2011.
